This 24'x 24' Eastern White Pine Timber Frame was part of a larger Pre-Cut frame sold earlier in the year. The frame is fully joisted with a stair opening to the bedrooms on the second level. The frame has been shipped to Georgia and will be raised later this year. |

24' x 36' Eastern White Pine frame based on our Standard Barn Model #3 sit along the Maine Coast. The high posted frame features floor joists on either end with a connecting catwalk. The higher knee wall increases the usable space on the second level. |

Based on our existing 3 car garage design this 24'x36' Single Story Hemlock Timber Frame sits on a pond in northern Maine. Although designed as a garage this frame will but used as a guest house and entertainment space for the summer residents in East Orland Maine. |

Our Midcoast Family Retreat featured on our completed projects page was created from a 24' x 48' Eastern White Pine pre cut. The frame is based on our Standard Barn Model #4 with the added dormer to provide additional room and light on the second floor. |
